How to boost collagen production: advice from Maison Tóā in Lausanne

Nutritious Diet

Collagen is an essential protein that plays a crucial role in the health and appearance of our skin. It is responsible for the elasticity, firmness, and youthfulness of the skin. However, as we age, the natural production of collagen decreases, leading to the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and skin sagging. Fortunately, there are several effective ways to stimulate collagen production and maintain radiant and youthful skin. In this article, we will present practical tips to boost your collagen production through a nutrient-rich diet.

Foods to Prioritize

One of the first steps to boost your collagen production is to adopt a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients. Some foods are particularly beneficial for your skin’s health. For example, foods rich in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, berries, and leafy green vegetables, promote collagen synthesis. Zinc, found in seafood, seeds, and nuts, is also important for collagen production. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, like fatty fish and avocados, also help maintain skin suppleness.

Collagen Supplements

Collagen supplements can be an excellent option to stimulate collagen production from within. Maison Tóā recommends high-quality supplements containing hydrolyzed collagen, which is easily absorbed by the body. These supplements are available in powder, capsule, or drink form and can be easily integrated into your daily routine.

Vitamin Infusions

Intravenous vitamin infusions are another popular method to stimulate collagen production. Maison Tóā offers specific vitamin infusions, including vitamin C, glutathione, and zinc. These vitamins are administered directly into the bloodstream, allowing for faster absorption and optimal distribution throughout the body. Vitamin infusions can enhance overall skin health and promote collagen production.

Use of Suitable Cosmetics

The use of suitable cosmetics can also help boost collagen production. Look for products containing ingredients such as vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, retinol, and peptides. These ingredients have been scientifically proven to stimulate collagen production and improve the texture and appearance of the skin. Maison Tóā offers a range of high-quality cosmetics to help you achieve this.
