How does the treatment work?
Each Collagen Reset session lasts 45 minutes. The protocol begins with skin cleansing and preparation, followed by a blood draw performed by the physician to extract platelet-rich plasma
(PRP).
Once the PRP is ready, the session continues with medical microneedling, which creates micro-channels in the dermis to promote optimal absorption of the PRP and plant-based exosomes. The treatment then continues with the application of a soothing mask, which supports tissue repair and provides an immediate feeling of comfort.
Thanks to the application of a numbing cream, the experience is only mildly uncomfortable and requires no social downtime. The session concludes with the application of a regenerating red LED mask, designed to prepare the skin, stimulate microcirculation, and reduce inflammation, combined with a relaxing massage.
The Collagen Reset treatment does not require any significant recovery time. Slight redness may persist for a few hours after the session. To optimize results and avoid irritation, a few precautions are recommended: Before the session:
- Avoid consuming alcohol, aspirin, or anti-inflammatory drugs 24 hours before treatment.
- Limit your intake of vitamins C and E, which can increase bruising.
- After the session (for 48 hours: Do not apply makeup to the treated area.
- Avoid intense exercise, saunas, or steam rooms.
- Do not expose your skin to sunlight or direct heat.
- Apply a moisturizing and repairing cream as recommended by your doctor.
The effects of Collagen Reset are visible after the first session: the skin appears brighter, soothed, and plumped up.
After a protocol of three sessions, a significant improvement in firmness, density, and radiance of the complexion can be observed. Exosomes and PRP work synergistically to boost cellular communication, stimulate collagen production, and correct the visible signs of aging and fatigue.
The results continue over several weeks thanks to deep cellular regeneration.
The Collagen Reset treatment is safe and well tolerated, but certain contraindications must be observed: • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active skin infection (herpes, severe acne, open wound)
- Ongoing anticoagulant or anti-inflammatory treatment (to be discussed with the physician)
- Autoimmune diseases or coagulation disorders
- Known allergy to any of the components used (rare)

The Exosomes
- What are exosomes?
- How does exosome treatment work on the skin?
- What results can be expected after a facial treatment protocol using exosomes?
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that are released by various types of cells in the body. They play an essential role in intercellular communication by transporting bioactive molecules, such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, from one cell to another.
Exosomes are involved in many biological processes, including embryonic development, immune system regulation, and inflammatory response. Their ability to transport bioactive molecules also makes them promising candidates for the development of new therapies, particularly against certain cancers.
How does exosome treatment work on the skin?
Exosome treatment for the skin is a new field of work that has shown great promise since its arrival in the world of dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and cosmetology.
Exosomes can be used to improve the health and appearance of the skin in various ways. First, stem cell-derived exosomes can promote the regeneration and repair of damaged skin tissue. They contain growth factors and proteins that stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and other essential skin components, which can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and blemishes.
In addition, exosomes can modulate the skin’s inflammatory response. They can reduce chronic inflammation, which is often associated with skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, melasma, and acne. Exosomes can also help improve skin hydration by stimulating the production of natural moisturizing factors and strengthening the skin barrier, which helps retain water and prevent skin dehydration.
What results can be expected after a facial treatment protocol using exosomes?
After just six sessions of exosome treatment on the face, several beneficial results can be expected. Here are some of the possible outcomes:
- Healthier skin: Exosomes have the ability to modulate the skin’s inflammatory response through intercellular inhibition. They can reduce chronic inflammation, which is often associated with skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, melasma, and acne.
- Skin rejuvenation: Exosomes can stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This can give the skin a smoother, firmer appearance, contributing to a more youthful look. Improved skin radiance: Exosomes can promote cell regeneration and improve blood circulation, which can help improve skin radiance and luminosity. This can make the skin appear more radiant and glowing. Exosomes may help reduce the appearance of pigment spots such as age spots, sun spots, and melasma. They may work by inhibiting melanin production, which may help even out skin tone.
- Improved skin texture: Exosomes can help improve skin texture by promoting skin cell regeneration. This can contribute to smoother skin that feels softer to the touch. It is important to note that results may vary depending on each individual and the initial condition of the skin. A typical protocol consists of 6 sessions over 3 months, but the majority of our patients see an improvement in their symptoms after the first session. It is recommended that you consult a medical professional to determine if exosome treatment is right for you and to discuss the expected results.

Fequently asked questions
Exosome treatment for the face may be recommended for various individuals who wish to improve the health and appearance of their skin. Here are some examples of people who may benefit from this treatment:
- People with signs of skin aging: Exosomes stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and loss of skin firmness. This treatment may be considered by people who want to rejuvenate their skin and achieve a smoother, firmer complexion.
- People with scars or blemishes: Exosomes promote the regeneration of damaged skin tissue, which can help reduce the appearance of acne scars, pigmentation spots, and other skin imperfections. This treatment may be considered by people who want to improve the texture and evenness of their skin.
- People with acne, rosacea, or melasma: Exosomes modulate the skin’s inflammatory response. They can reduce chronic inflammation, which is often associated with skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, melasma, and acne, helping to alleviate the severity of these chronic and often debilitating facial dermatoses for which many other treatments have been unsuccessful.
- People with dehydrated or dull skin: Exosomes strengthen the skin barrier and stimulate the production of natural moisturizing factors, which improves skin hydration and gives it a more luminous and radiant appearance. This treatment may be considered by people with dry, dehydrated, or dull skin. It is important to note that each person is unique and the results of exosome treatment may vary from person to person.
Exosome injections can be used to treat different parts of the body depending on each person’s specific needs. Here are some examples of body parts that can benefit from exosome treatment:
- Hair: Exosome injections can be used to stimulate hair growth and improve hair density. They can be used to treat hair loss, thinning hair, and other hair-related problems.
- Joints: Exosome injections can be used to treat joint problems such as osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and sports injuries. Exosomes can promote tissue regeneration and reduce inflammation, which can relieve pain and improve joint mobility. Please note that at Clinique Maison Toa, we do not perform this type of orthopedic injection. Body scars: Exosome injections can promote the regeneration of damaged skin tissue, which can help reduce the appearance of scars.
Yes, there are certain contraindications to exosome injections. It is important to consult a qualified healthcare professional before deciding on this type of treatment. Here are some of the common contraindications:
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are generally not candidates for exosome injections, as the effects on the fetus or infant are not fully known.
- Autoimmune diseases: People with active autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, multiple sclerosis, or rheumatoid arthritis, may be at increased risk of adverse reactions or complications related to exosome treatment. In cases of autoimmune diseases that are under control with treatment, the treatment may be performed.
- Active infections in the treatment area: If you have an active infection (herpes, impetigo, etc.), it is best to postpone exosome injections until the infection has been treated and healed. The injections may aggravate the existing infection or interfere with the healing process.
- Known allergies: If you have known allergies to any products or substances used in exosome treatment, it is essential to report them to your healthcare professional. They will be able to assess the potential risk and determine whether the treatment is appropriate for you.
Exosomes: These are intercellular messengers that transmit signals between cells to activate regeneration mechanisms, improve cellular communication, and optimize skin quality.
At the clinic, both treatments are autologous, meaning they come from your own blood—a 100% natural and biocompatible approach.
